Sukihana and the quiet new chapter behind baby No. 4

In a moment she chose to keep guarded until she was ready, sukihana has revealed she is pregnant with her fourth child—describing the experience not only as expanding her family, but as a personal “rebirth” and a new chapter she wanted to protect in its earliest stages.
What did Sukihana announce about her pregnancy?
Sukihana announced she is expecting baby No. 4. The 34-year-old artist framed the pregnancy as a blessing and a personal transformation, emphasizing that it carries meaning beyond the headline of becoming a mother again.
“This isn’t just about becoming a mother again, ” Sukihana said in comments shared with People. “It’s about growth. It’s about becoming the woman I’m meant to be. ”
She is already a mother to two sons and a daughter, and said she intentionally kept the pregnancy private early on—prioritizing time and space to focus on the baby’s health and development before sharing the news publicly.
Why did she keep the news private, and what does she mean by “rebirth”?
In her telling, the early silence was a form of protection. Sukihana explained that she held the news close during the initial stages because she wanted to be ready before opening the moment to public attention.
“This baby came into my life at a time when I truly needed a reminder of purpose and love, ” she said. “I’ve lived a lot of my life loudly, but this moment is something I wanted to protect until I was ready to share it with the world. ”
Now in her second trimester, she described the pregnancy as a turning point. “I feel like it is also a rebirth for me, ” Sukihana said. “I’m so happy that I’m healthy and I’m birthing a healthy baby. ”
How has pregnancy changed her daily routine and outlook?
She also offered a glimpse into how her routine has shifted while expecting. Known for strict diet and workout habits, she said pregnancy has encouraged her to soften her approach and allow more flexibility with food and self-expectations.
“Before I got pregnant, I was very disciplined, and I wouldn’t even eat anything besides within my meal prep, ” she said. “So now I eat a lot of different foods, and I’m not so hard on myself. ”
Beyond the physical adjustments, she framed this period as a widening of possibility—holding space for motherhood while still identifying as an artist with ambitions. She said she hopes her experience encourages other women to pursue both motherhood and their careers with confidence.
For sukihana, the announcement lands as more than a personal update: it is her attempt to name a private shift she says has already been underway—toward growth, purpose, and the woman she believes she is becoming.
